Abstract

The mechanism-based glycosidase inhibitor 2-deoxy-2-[F-18]-fluoro-beta-mannosyl [F-18]-fluoride was synthesized and its covalent binding to Agrobacterium beta-glucosidase was demonstrated in vitro.
