Dana-Lyn is the Senior Manager of EDI and Indigeneity from the UBC Faculties of Forestry and Land and Food Systems. Dana-Lyn is a member of the Hwlitsum First Nation, based in Canoe Pass, BC and a lawyer. She is the developer (along with Erin Keely) of the UBC Weaving Relations Canvas course.

Weaving Relations is a six hour, self-led, course that explores Indigenous histories, people and settler colonialism in Canada. Weaving Relations can be taken by anyone with a campus-wide login and an interest in gaining fundamental knowledge on reconciliation efforts and Indigenous engagement.

Dana-Lyn will be giving an overview of this course, focussing on Indigenous Histories.
