There are 2 evaluation streams A or B above. Students registered in Chem 410 may choose either, while students in 502 must choose B. The term paper is intended to allow students interested in a particular topic in solid state chemistry to pursue that topic in detail. The topics of the term paper will be determined in consultation with the instructor. The midterm will likely take place on Monday, 5 March 2012 during the scheduled lecture hour.
