The method of electron momentum spectroscopy and its application to problems in quantum chemistry are considered with particular emphasis on studies in electronic structure, chemical reactivity and experimental quantum mechanics. Examples include the valence shell orbitals of CH4, the effects of methyl substitution in ammonia, and wavefunction evaluation and design in H2O and other small hydrides.
