Beyond the Magic gives chemists a chance to share the science we are most passionate about with members of the community of all ages. With demonstrations shows, hands-on activities, prizes, and of course liquid nitrogen ice-cream, this is a day not to be missed! We invite all members of the community, of all ages and backgrounds to come visit us and help celebrate every day chemistry with us!

The Department of Chemistry has collaborated with Science World to bring the fun of chemistry to the community. We host several hands-on activities for kids of all ages, along with an exciting live stage show. You will get to experience experiments happen right in front of your eyes.
