NMR PROCESSING USING ACD’S NEW SOFTWARE

The Toronto software company Advanced Chemistry Development Inc. has made available to all in the UBC Chemistry Dept their 1D/2D nmr processing software. For all nmr users looking for a really good nmr processing application please follow the repeat of instructions (see below) which I sent in an email back in early August, in order to download it to your PC (not for MAC’s).  Please note that it can process both 1D as well as 2D nmr data (ie fid or ser files) from your bruker nmr data files.

Here is the link for you to download your one year trial license of ACD/2D NMR Processor: http://www.acdlabs.com/nmr/pr_nmr_3.html

The download page contains several valuable resources for getting started with the software, in addition to the FTP link to the software itself. Please feel free to circulate this link throughout your academic institution to anyone who may be interested in using the software. Students, faculty, and staff of your academic institution are all permitted to download the software on their own personal computer, laptop, etc. Please make sure you forward them the registration keys below to access the software.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Best wishes,
Scott McDonald  ACD
