Abstract

Two diamagnetic states have been observed in the slightly n-type germanium between 230 and 320 K in the optical TF- μ \{SR\} experiment. While one state is not affected by the optical excitation, the other state shows significant depolarization under illumination. In this paper, we present the temperature dependence of the relaxation and amplitude for the two states.
